1. What materials are the bags and accessories made of?

Our products are made of high-quality wire – including metal wire and copper wire.

2. How do I properly care for my wire bag?

Wire products are easy to care for. A damp cloth is sufficient for cleaning. For heavier soiling, mild soap can be used. Please do not use harsh cleaners or abrasive sponges to protect coatings and metal surfaces.

3. What are the differences between copper and silver wire in terms of processing?

Copper wire is more flexible and ideal for curved, creative shapes. Silver wire is somewhat stiffer and remains particularly stable when a precise shape needs to be maintained.

4. Why do the shapes and textures of the designs vary slightly?

Each design is individually shaped by hand. It is not a mass-produced machine item. Variations are natural and part of the unique character of each design.

5. How is it ensured that the wire is not sharp?

All wire ends are carefully rounded so that no sharp edges are present. Contact with very delicate fabrics (e.g., silk, linen) can cause snagging or pulling. It's best to avoid rubbing it directly against delicate materials.

6. What is the weight capacity of the wire bags?

The weight capacity depends on the model. Generally, they are designed for normal everyday weight. Light shopping, accessories, or personal items.

7. Can the metal rust or discolor?

Copper is a living material that can develop a natural patina over time. This transformation makes each piece unique and highlights its distinctive character.
